A terrible experience. We had booked two rooms and told them we'd arrive at 6:30 PM. We got there early and started calling, but nobody answered the landline; calls to the cell phone kept getting answered, yet we couldn't reach anyone. We waited until the agreed time and called countless times, but no one came. After another 20 minutes, it was still voicemail on the cell and no answer on the landline, so we left to find somewhere else in Arta Terme. At 8:00 PM, an hour and a half after our appointment, the lady called while we were having dinner and apologized, saying her phone had no signal. If guests are expected at 6:30 PM and you have their number, couldn't you let them know?
