The apartment was lovely and roomy, and we were so well looked after by Mirko, Carla and Pierino. We came for two days to enjoy Ascoli's beauty and had a wonderful time 🤗

We arrived to a lovely welcome, including a fridge stocked with milk, cold cuts, fruit and water. The lady had also made us biscuits and a delicious jam tart herself. Her kindness meant a lot, thank you!

The room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly. The location is decent too, around 2 km from the center. A few drawbacks: the bathroom is outside the room and seems to be shared, and the shower is set in a bathtub rather than a cubicle. There's no TV in the room, which is a serious problem, and they don't take POS payments.

The hostess was kind and helpful, and both the breakfast and mattress were excellent. My only possible complaints are that there's no air conditioning and the bathroom is down at the bottom of the stairs. Otherwise, I'd recommend it.
