Villa Fortezza B&B

The location was lovely for relaxing and taking in the scenery, and I’m sad we couldn’t stay longer. Everyone working there, including the owners, was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, well kept and really comfortable. The bed and pillows were the best I’ve experienced. Absolutely recommend it.

The setting is peaceful and picturesque, with the mountains nearby, a beautiful river close by, and plenty of adventurous walks to explore. Steps from the property make it easy to reach the nearby town, and Ascoli is between the mountains and the city. We came to Ascoli because we’d heard how wonderful Salvatore and Villa Fortezza were, and we weren’t disappointed. Salvatore was generous and helpful, and the views and delicious breakfast made the trip truly special. Staying here is something we’ll always carry in our hearts. Salvatore is a wonderful man and the perfect host. Thanks for being so generous with us, and we hope to see you again very soon.

Stay: 25/06-26/06/2022. The garden breakfast came with a great view and was delicious. Salvatore runs an excellent B&B and was an outstanding host. The villa sits on a beautiful green hill, close to the old town, with a stairway from the garden connecting the two.

The house and garden are beautiful, and the hosts are incredibly kind and gracious. I slept comfortably in the beds, enjoyed the luxurious bathrooms and had a great breakfast. Villa Fortezza is my favorite place to stay in all of Italy, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ascoli Piceno.
