It’s only a short drive from here to Assisi’s old town, and the place has a relaxed feel. The hosts were kind and ready to help. Dinner isn’t served every night, but if your stay lines up with one of those evenings, the food and wine are lovely. The hotel and restaurant are excellent.

Dinner at their restaurant was a real highlight, with seasonal ingredients and a strong sense of tradition. Breakfast had plenty of choice, too. Emiliano and Diego are lovely hosts, and the simple rooms are very clean, well equipped, and comfortable. If you’re going to Assisi, you’ll find a sincere welcome, lots of kindness, and plenty of smiles here.
