We had a wonderful weekend in Assisi, and your place helped make it so. The apartment was comfortable, with two bathrooms, and quiet at night. We also enjoyed the garden. Breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade cakes. The historic-center location made getting around easy, and parking was convenient too.

The setting is beautiful, the location excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast gets a 6 and needs a rethink. The iron staircase to the rooms is very noisy, and the rooms aren't soundproofed, so sleeping past 8:00 AM was impossible.

The place sits in an ancient setting, but the houses themselves feel modern and comfortable. The owners were kind and ready to help, and it’s a great base for exploring Assisi. There’s paid parking close by.

The building feels brand new, the breakfast was good, and the location is excellent. But the room doors were a serious problem and nearly brought my rating down to three stars. You have to open two doors to get in, and they let through both noise and a little view. I’d urge management to sort that out right away.
