We had no trouble finding the free parking nearby, even during All Saints' Day. It was clearly listed on Booking.com. The main drawback was breakfast, which consisted of packaged products. Still, the room was spacious, clean, brand new, and well looked after, so I recommend the place. It's only a few steps from the train station, with quick train connections to Perugia and Spoleto and a bus to Assisi.

From our August 2020 stay, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and paid close attention to the sanitation standards in place at the time. The room felt safe and was spacious, with every comfort. We did have to take stairs to reach it, though I think there are accessible ground-floor rooms as well. A microwave or something else for heating food was perhaps the only thing missing. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

We had a very positive stay. The B&B is lovely and spotless, with the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli just behind it. You can park along the right side of the street. The owner and staff were extremely friendly.

The rooms are huge, which makes this a great place for a short family break, and the staff are incredibly helpful. It's also very well located for walking to Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. We'll definitely come back!
