Bravo, Hotel Diana! I stopped at the restaurant on a road trip and really recommend eating here. The food was so good, especially the crunchy schnitzel and fries.

We’re in the 21st century and know more about animals, especially dogs, yet people still choose to keep dogs in a small cage. Seeing that made me 100% angry. It shouldn’t exist or happen. The two dogs were so cute and lovely. Every touch they received seemed really special to them.

I stayed for two days and enjoyed every minute. Hotel Diana is a beautiful, quiet place in a renovated older building. It still has some patina, which gives it a cosy, warm feel. The restaurant serves tasty local specialties at reasonable prices. You won’t regret it.

We first stayed here in 2019 and have come back now. We’ll return again. The staff are so warm and lovely, and the food is generous and excellent. The beds are good, and the nights are quiet. You can have the rooms dark if you like. The location is perfect, about a three-minute walk from the village centre, cafés, bars, and supermarket, and three minutes from the lake. A must.
