The terrace looks out onto the main street, with a table and chairs where you can watch the lively street scene. Even so, the room stays very quiet thanks to the new soundproof windows. Ours was the one with the green wall, as shown on the website, and it had air conditioning and a TV. It was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. The large, comfortable shower is in a bathroom outside the room. I appreciated how welcoming and attentive the owner was. Our train was going to make us arrive after the check-in deadline, but when I got in touch, he was happy to accommodate us. This is a good choice if you want somewhere independent without hotel restrictions. Thanks for everything, see you soon.

We keep coming back and don't plan to change. The mother and daughter are always available if anything needs sorting out, and breakfast is served at a very friendly bar with really good food. It's also great that we can bring our four-legged friends, which many other places don't allow. Like the other property, this one makes you feel at home. The bright colors may sound like a small thing, but they give the place a calm feeling. Fantastic, and highly recommended!

The owner was so kind when she welcomed us, and the rooms were clean and roomy. The location works well for the station, and central Naples is about 20 minutes away for next to nothing. What really mattered to us was getting back to the airport early. Nothing was leaving Aversa before 6:00 AM, no trains, buses, or taxis, and she helped us out. Without her, we would have had to sleep at the airport. A great place to stay.

The location is the one real plus: about 10 minutes on foot from Aversa train station, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants nearby. Just know the area isn't great at night. We found the place overpriced and short on comfort. There wasn't even a bottle of water, and despite being a B&B, it doesn't include breakfast. For an extra €2, the owner offers coffee and a croissant, but you have to go downstairs to the bar for them. We were only told whether breakfast was confirmed after booking, when the cost was already non-refundable if we changed our minds, rather than when choosing from the listed services. The doors would lock unpredictably, and one night we were stuck inside with the keys outside. Nobody came to clean the room or bathroom, and there wasn't even a broom for us to use. This time, after we complained to the owner, nobody pressured us to leave a good review.
