The staff were attentive and always around when we needed them. Our room and bathroom looked freshly renovated, and they kindly arranged an earlier breakfast for us when we asked. A wonderful hotel.

Dinner was delicious, and the friendly staff even let us shower there after skiing for half a day on our last day. We stayed on half board, and the price felt good for what we got. The rooms were clean and quiet, though a little dated. It’s close to the Frachey lifts, which we preferred because the Champoluc lifts were too crowded. The centre is still only five minutes away by car.

This was our second year staying here as a group, and we’ll be back again. Arianna, Charlie and the whole team at this lovely family hotel looked after us so well. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and being near the Frachey lift is ideal.

We only stopped in for dinner with our baby, but everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The meal was really tasty, and the cosy bar was a lovely place for a drink beforehand. There were even toys for the kids to play with.
