Raminga's House

After a very busy time in Florence, I came back exhausted and just wanted to rest. Instead, I spent two unsettling, sleepless nights in a room rented out from an apartment where a young couple lives. In the evenings they talked, shouted, and argued loudly, with the television just as loud and easily heard in my room. Doors slamming, by the owners or another guest who was Chinese, were frightening. Whenever I managed to fall asleep, the noise woke me right away, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. Anyone renting out a room in their apartment should understand that guests paying so much for a humid, stuffy place need some peace and quiet. The cleanliness was below average, and the quality for the price wasn’t up to par.
