The kind, gentle service people and the cake, the best Black Forest cake I’ve had in a while 😀, were highlights. Dinner was served in a cozy dining area with a nice feel. We had dinner included, but couldn’t change the one-dish order we didn’t want, which took away some points for me. The rooms, made of wood, had a cozy feeling, and we enjoyed our time at this good hotel in a nice part of champoluc. They do make a lot of noise, though, so it’s easy to hear people in other rooms. Breakfast wasn’t especially outstanding for the price we paid for the room.

I’ve been coming to Champoluc for fifty years. My parents had a home there until thirty years ago, and I kept coming back because I love the place. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but didn’t know yours. What a lovely stay: it’s a wonderful spot, quiet in the woods yet just a short walk from the center. Everyone was kind and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. I’ll be back!

We were happy with our stay. The property is right in the town center but away from the hustle and bustle, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were helpful, housekeeping and service were both excellent, and the food was well presented and nicely portioned. Marco and Consuelo
