The pools are fine, but the ping pong table is in a really windy spot, which makes it hard to play, and it’s only available from 9 AM to 7 PM. It could easily be moved. The staff seem to be trying, though many look unmotivated, which isn’t the holiday atmosphere you’d hope for. For an all-inclusive place, breakfast often runs out of basics like milk and spoons. There’s only one bar for drinks, and it’s closer to the beach than the hotel, so it’s inconvenient. Just some honest feedback.

We paid an extra 200 eur for a larger quadruple room for our 5-day stay, but reception refused to give us that room type and put us in a smaller standard room instead. We also asked for an invoice. They said we could only get it by calling the phone number, but I haven’t been able to reach anyone for 4 days and nobody has replied to my emails.

The beach is lovely, but the rest felt low cost, and I’m not coming back. The hotel barely deserves 2/3 stars. Everything looked unpleasant and uncomfortable, with nowhere I wanted to sit and spend time. Hygiene was poor, and we brought home an infectious disease. Towels smelled like vinegar, and the pillows smelled like an old, sweaty man. We asked to have them changed, but it never happened. People also complained about ants, broken showers, and unpleasant bathroom smells. There was a plastic bag of smelly towels outside our room all the time. Paper cups were used at lunch and dinner, plastic cups at the bars. Beach towels were a joke: a 10€ deposit, then a non-refundable 5€ fee, and 3€ for each clean exchange. Everything was cash only, with no cards or charging items to the room, and there was no ATM at the hotel, maybe one in the nearest village. The hotel “market” barely had water and wine. They spoke almost no English. When 130 guests from a travel agency were leaving at once, there was only one toilet available and no paper for hours. When we told reception, they asked us to check if we were sure. There’s little around and nothing to do. All inclusive felt like a joke, just a short list of what you can get from 10:00-23:00, and they wouldn’t even give free water at a bar before 10:00. Bracelets were assigned by nationality, with beer only at dinner and only for Germans. The included alcoholic cocktails were vodka with juice or rum with cola; everything else cost 9€. The beach bar wasn’t included, so you had to pay for everything there. Food details: olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, chocolate spread, not nutella, and jam all came in small packets, like at a gas station. Salty breakfast food was pretty good, but nothing special. The tomatoes were green and vegetables were bland. The sweet breakfast was terrible, mostly pre-packaged pastries. Don’t trust the “amazing croissants” comments, they were bland and all filled with the same thing. The pain au chocolate tasted bad. There was no fresh fruit, yoghurts only in plastic cups, and though there were lots of milk options, the milk we tried was spoiled. Lunch and dinner were much the same, with uncooked meat more than once, the same pasta every day, and disappointing pizza for Italy. The fruit and icecream were good, and the cold salty options were pretty good. Everything felt low budget. The price didn’t match the quality, and it’s a shame to ask so much for this place. The beach is charming and the only thing that deserves the stars.

There’s plenty of room here. The place is clean and the rooms are spacious, more like small apartments. The standout is the clean sea and endless sandy beach. There are lots of sports activities and lessons for people who like nature and being active. Still, the organization could be better. The dining area has AC, but with all the doors and windows left open, you end up sweating anyway. The food wasn’t anything special, and if you leave the resort, there’s nothing to find for kilometers.

The beach nearby is fantastic and huge, so it was empty every day. The development has a lovely community feel, and the pool is exceptionally clean, though there’s a big list of rules. It’s very Italian, and it took us a few days to settle into how things work there. There’s a kids club “entertainment” every night, followed by a very Italian show. We hired a car and found some amazing beaches and restaurants.
