The villa's exterior makes a strong first impression, but the upkeep inside was disappointing. Cobwebs were everywhere. There was no welcome bottle of water, and an old coffee pod had been left in the machine, giving off a terrible smell. We tried cleaning it, but there were no fresh pods, so we couldn't make coffee. One bed was missing all its towels. When we returned from dinner close to midnight, the power was out. Someone came right away when we called, but couldn't fix it; luckily, some outlets still worked. In the morning, they brought oven-warmed croissants as an apology, but offered no refund. The cobwebs were definitely the worst part.

For a peaceful holiday, this place is hard to beat. The apartment in the beautiful villa is fantastic, and the pool can accommodate up to 10 people. It's in a dreamlike spot above Bardolino, right in the heart of the wine-growing region. Highly recommended.

The setting is ideal for outings around the lake, and the place feels like a little corner of paradise. We loved the delightful pool and the enchanting sunset views. The owners are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's a lovely place to recharge your mind and body, and I'll definitely return. Thank you for everything, Claudia and family. Best wishes, Monica and Luca.

We had the family apartment, which came with a spacious terrace. The location is very quiet, the landlord was friendly, and the pool was great. It was easy to relax here.
