They tell you single rooms are available when you get in touch, then take them off the system and leave you having to book a larger room. They don’t communicate with guests, and the whole thing feels unprofessional and unethical. I wouldn’t book with them.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean and looked after. We especially enjoyed the balcony view, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was small but excellent. Since the hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Bari Airport, getting there was convenient. We had a great stay and would recommend it for an airport stop.

Toni was quick to help whenever I needed anything. She sent clear photos and directions for finding the place and using the key box, then arranged a taxi for my airport trip the next morning. The apartment was modern and very clean, with a huge balcony looking out over the airport. Handy if you're flying early or arriving late. Thanks for having me!

A terrible night and a really awful experience. We were traveling with a baby, and the hotel confirmed three times that a cot would be there. When we arrived, there was no cot. I contacted them straight away, but nobody was available. They read my WhatsApp messages and never replied, and still hadn't answered when I wrote this. I wouldn't book here.

We walked back late in the evening and the streets seemed safe; we didn't have any trouble. The place is about a 30-minute walk from the airport and worked well for a short stay. It was clean and had what we needed, and we appreciated the bottles of water. Breakfast was just sweets, milk, coffee and juice, not much, but welcome. A kettle would be a useful addition since there was tea but no way to heat water.
