The apartment looks lovely and was clean and nicely decorated, and the sea is about two minutes away according to the map. But the beach path was covered in dog poop when we went for a morning walk, so we had to watch the ground instead of enjoying the sea. It seems local residents walk their dogs there without cleaning up. There are shower booths, though I can't say what they're like for tourists at other times. Inside, the place has very little for anyone planning to cook or stay more than a day or two. We were there for two nights, and it was manageable, but we had to buy salt and pepper. The provided food was some croissant-like bread, biscuits, coffee and sugar. There was a large dishwasher but no capsules, and the kitchen had pots and pans but only serving spoons, no chopping board or knife. We ended up cutting onions with a table knife. There's also no laundry detergent. The small closet has one rail, too few hangers, and no compartments. In my opinion, you'd be better off booking an Airbnb.

The owner was attentive and ready to help. The apartment was lovely, with two roomy bedrooms, one having its own bathroom, plus a beautiful, spacious living area and kitchen. It had every comfort.

Miriam made us feel at home during our four days there. She's young, efficient, helpful, and always available for requests without getting in the way. The apartment is convenient for the Fiera del Levante, the S. Girolamo ring road exit, the Port of Bari and Via Napoli. Ponte Adriatico also makes it easy to get around traffic and reach places like Carrassi, Santa Fara and Poggiofranco in a few minutes. The area was surprisingly quiet for Bari, and despite the six-floor building we heard no noise and slept really well. We liked the pillows, though my husband and I would have preferred softer ones. I'd recommend it to professionals and business travelers who are comfortable getting around by car. The quality for the price is fantastic.

I come back to this lovely place whenever I visit Bari. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the place is spotless. There are two comfortable rooms, a big living area and a kitchen with plenty of supplies. Really nice.
