The team was very hospitable and nice. Everything was clean, the room’s climate was perfect, and the mattress was firm. It’s centrally located, so getting around the city on foot is easy. I recommend this hotel!

Imago is the place to stay in Bari if you want somewhere unique and personal. It’s a sweet, humble boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood, well placed for things to do day or night. There are only a few rooms, so the service feels personal, and the exceptional staff have strong concierge experience. They’re available 24 hours and offer great suggestions for all kinds of requests. It’s also a cultural hub for people interested in visual art, photography, and top local & organic wines. Come as you are, Imago is definitely the one stop spot!

The hotel’s environmental and sustainable principles come through in its concept, and I found it very inspiring. There’s a lot of visual and photographic content about international politics, and it’s gay friendly. The hotel is in a very good spot in the town center, and the receptionist who greeted us was friendly and professional. Our stay cost 217€ without breakfast, plus 4 €/person for local tax. Even in high season, that felt overpriced for the type of accommodation we got. Lowering the price or improving the rooms would help.

The terrace was lovely, and the coffee and wines they offer were excellent. Service was excellent, everything was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I only had two issues: the bed creaked whenever I moved, which was annoying at night, and the balcony curtain didn’t cover the whole window because its rod was too far from the wall. A lot of morning light came in, and there was no way to darken the room.
