We were completely happy with our choice of B&B Zen Garden and would gladly return soon. It’s an easy walk to the historic center of Bassano del Grappa, and we booked for one night and two days from Thursday to Friday. The elegant, well-kept place was available at an attractive price just a few days before our stay. Our spacious triple room had a mountain view and felt high quality. It came with a bathroom, sofa bed, double and single beds, refrigerator, sofa, TV, tea and coffee maker, air conditioning, and heating. We checked our reservation at the entrance and were handed the room key. There’s free parking in the garden, with no reservation needed, and we felt fine leaving the car there overnight. The staff were capable, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and ready to find solutions to guests’ needs. Top 10*****. Highly recommended for future guests. A good deal for the price, and fine for a night. My car was locked away in the courtyard. There was an espresso machine, packaged croissants in the room, a mini-fridge, and air conditioning. The old town takes a good 30-minute walk to reach, which is a little inconvenient. 👌

The owner got in touch hours after I booked that morning, even though I’d clearly said I wouldn’t arrive before 11:00 PM. He then told me he couldn’t check me in after 10:00 PM because they were short-staffed. So I had to find somewhere else to stay at short notice. That kind of message should come promptly, not hours after booking and only a few hours before arrival. Not professional at all!!!

The balcony view was exceptional, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming and pleasant. The manager was very hospitable and courteous, and the location is really convenient, close to the city center. We’ll definitely come back.
