The breakfast spread was excellent, served in a pleasant dining room overlooking the garden. Our room was spacious and clean, with its own bathroom and a balcony. There are two dogs who may bark when they see you, but don't be put off, they're very friendly and move slowly.

The B&B is now a private home. There's a cottage for rent behind the coffee shop, with a rear entrance where the parking is.

Breakfasts here were unforgettable, all made with so much care. Filippo and Monica clearly put love and passion into the place, and their warm, helpful tips made us feel looked after. It's spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. The B&B is ideally placed between Assisi and Perugia for exploring Umbria. We'll definitely come back!

The breakfast Monica serves is a real treat, with homemade cakes, tarts and spreads to choose from. The rooms are exceptionally clean and recently renovated, with TVs, hot and cold air conditioning, and memory foam pillows. Filippo and Monica are incredibly helpful. The B&B is very close to the town center and train station. We had a fantastic stay.
