Nirvana Club Village

The beach is breathtaking, with crystal-clear water, and the resort itself is well kept. Our room was clean, the property has solid beachfront facilities, and there's a small boutique with reasonably priced basics like flip-flops, toiletries, clothes, and beach toys. But those things weren't enough to make me want to return for another holiday. We came as four families and hoped to relax at the only bar in the evening after the kids were asleep. Instead, it was dark and there was nothing to order because staff shut it at midnight. The bartender explained that staff weren't allowed to extend service, even though we were willing to spend. Entertainment also fell short, especially the repetitive baby dance. The buffet for children was nearly the same every day, and after three days our toddler refused to eat. We told management and were assured it would change, but the next days' meals were still the same. From what I saw, staff tried hard to meet guests' needs despite the lack of management. I also saw managers yelling at staff in front of clients, and my impression was that management didn't engage with guests in a hospitable way either. Communication and genuine interaction were lacking. It's a shame, because as a former hotelier and someone who's traveled a lot in and out of Italy, I can see what could be improved to bring in guests like me who expect ordinary hospitality. I wish I could overlook the downsides and return next year. It's marketed as a three-star property, and if all you want is a beautiful beach and a clean resort, nothing more, it may suit you.

Lovely place, clean, with good food and wonderful staff. The grounds and location are nice, and the room was great. Entertainment was average, but there were plenty of chairs around the pool. It ticks all the boxes for a relaxing break, events, or the kitesurfing school, coming soon. Many thanks to the whole Alls Best family, friends included.

We were there just for kitesurfing in February, in front of nirvana club. It looked beautiful and comfortable. The kite spot is really nice, and we loved it.
