Our extended family has spent the holidays in Bellaria at Hotel Universal for the past few years, and we feel right at home. Everyone welcomes us warmly and professionally. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent and varied, and the services are first-rate. Mauri runs the bar brilliantly and treats us to fabulous cocktails every day. Lucio and Fabio are always on hand, polite and friendly, and make sure everything runs smoothly. A heartfelt thanks to everyone. See you next summer!

I’ve just finished a week at the hotel. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and well cared for, with a stunning pool. The waiters were very polite and helpful, and Domenico was the best. We were welcomed wonderfully. The buffet was clean and nicely presented, but the same dishes appeared every day without a single change. The hot tub was occupied for hours, and children never seemed to be allowed in, though maybe that was just the parents being rude. At San Marco beach, the loungers were packed so tightly there was no room to move around. Still, it was fine overall, thanks.

What made the holiday especially lovely was the family management, along with the company and friendliness of Lucio, Mauro, and the whole staff. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the food is excellent, housekeeping is well organized, and the beach service is impeccable. Thanks again, guys!
