I had a lovely spacious room with a balcony looking toward Bergamo Alta, a colorful bathroom, and a really comfortable bed. It was all very clean and tidy, and the location is central and easy to walk to from the station. The building feels a bit dated, though, and there's no elevator. Going up and down four floors several times is not something you can do in just 10 minutes. It needs some work.
