The breakfast was a delicious homemade spread, with both sweet and savory bites. It's an easy short walk to the heart of Matera, and the roof terrace has incredible views. We also had some trouble with our company's card payment system, on our end, and the hosts were patient and practical while we got it sorted. The usual host was recovering from surgery during our visit, but her husband did a fantastic job. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and say hi to Mocha 🐕 for us!

The view is breathtaking, and the property is easy to access and well placed for getting to the Sassi. Parking nearby was convenient and felt safe. Patrizia welcomed us with exceptional kindness and explained everything carefully so we'd have a great stay. The room was spotless and very well cared for, and breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We couldn't have picked a better place, and we'll definitely return.

The owners looked after us so attentively that we felt completely welcome and pampered. The room was clean and well kept, and the location was excellent. We couldn't have found a better place, and the service went beyond what we expected. If we return to Matera, we'll stay at this B&B again. Warm wishes to Giuseppe, Maria Rita, and Nora.

Breakfast was excellent, with lovely local food, and the setting has a real cultural character. Mrs. Patrizia has the spirit of a true innkeeper, always attentive to what guests need and sincerely helpful. Her husband, Mr. Donato, is just as kind and hospitable. It's also one of the few B&Bs where the owners actually live on the property. Thank you, Virginia and Leo.

The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh fruit and homemade pastries. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean, and the hosts were friendly and available with advice on local routes and excursions. You're just outside the center, about a 4-5 minute walk away.
