Francesca, who owns the B & B, was friendly, professional and really helpful. She gave me advice about travel arrangements and spent more than half an hour trying to book a taxi when there were very few available. She also speaks excellent English. The room was spacious, with a lounge area and a magnificent terrace (see photo). Service was excellent, and the location worked perfectly for my business trip. The railway station is about a ten-minute walk away, with several bars and restaurants nearby. I’d recommend this B&B for business or a vacation, and highly recommend staying here.

Michela was a very friendly host and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The apartment is a beautiful classic Italian place in central Bergamo, about a 10-15 minute walk from the train and bus terminal. It has two large rooms and one bathroom, and is well insulated from the heat and outdoor noise. One thing to keep in mind: if there are guests in the other room, you share the bathroom and toilet. You can pay extra to keep that room empty and have the bathroom to yourself.

A very bad experience. Our flight was arriving late, so I asked for a late check-in after booking the room. The host wouldn’t approve it or refund me, even though I cancelled just a few minutes after making the booking. She insisted on keeping the money despite not having lost any business or provided any service.

The room was so cozy, and there were little treats waiting for us. Everything was really clean, and those small details made this the best hotel experience I’ve had. Thanks to the owner and staff for making the place so lovely. I’d love to come back and enjoy the terrace in spring or summer. Highly recommended!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. I booked accommodation, but they declined it because my plane was due to land late. They also wanted a much higher extra fee for a late check-in, which I was willing to pay. Super impolite, and there are much nicer places in Bergamo.
