The owner is charming and helpful, and made me feel as if I'd known her for ages. On arrival, they welcomed us with a glass of Proseco. The hotel is lovely and clean, and has a real at-home feel. I'll be coming back.

We had to head to another town to eat because no nearby restaurant was open, though that was just bad luck. The place itself is charming, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet at night, with a nice garden and a very welcoming host. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The welcome was exceptional, and I honestly can't remember getting this much attention at a bed and breakfast. It's also a great base for visiting Spilimbergo, Aquileia, and San Daniele. Highly recommended.

The rooms are welcoming and breakfast is excellent. It's a very good B&B in a recently renovated old farmhouse. It's in the center rather than out in the countryside, though that doesn't matter much.

The property is beautiful and well placed for a stopover. The staff were friendly, though they spoke only Italian. One odd thing: the room door doesn't lock from the outside. We were the only guests, so it wasn't an issue for us, but otherwise it's a strange setup.
