Anna Maria and Filiberto are kind hosts who clearly care about their guests. They make wine and olive oil too. Give the Merlot a try, it’s 100% and not aged in barrique.

I’m disappointed by the owner’s reply, so I’ll say again that the owners were very kind and helpful. We had to leave quickly because of an emergency and couldn’t try their local products, though they looked inviting. The property feels dated and wasn’t especially clean. The location is lovely, surrounded by greenery, and there’s a decent pool. The apartments are fully equipped, but cleaning, sanitization, and bed linen aren’t provided unless you bring your own.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very well equipped, and the pool is lovely. I’d definitely recommend it. The only issue, through no one’s fault, was the huge number of mosquitoes this year. Our windows had no screens, and the two electric repellents were about as useful as draping a wet towel over a chair.

The location is quiet and secluded, but Bibbona and Cecina are close by for restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. They have a large Coop and Conad supermarket. The sea and its lovely sandy beaches are also nearby. We’d especially recommend the homemade wine and olive oil. We stayed for 12 days as a family with Filiberto and Anna Maria and had a wonderful holiday. The grounds and pool are very well cared for, and our rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen is a little sparse on consumables, so bring pepper, salt, bin bags, and paper towels. Still, it has the essentials, and if something like a kettle is missing, just ask. Filiberto and Anna Maria are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Parking is right on the property. We felt very comfortable and would absolutely recommend the accommodation.
