Villaggio San Siro

Such a lovely place!

The pool was great, though it looked dated too. Everything felt a bit old for the price and could use a fresh coat of paint. I also expected bed linens, towels and dishes to be included.

We arrived to a filthy apartment. Everything was sticky and smelled bad, the toilets hadn't been cleaned, the beds still had the previous guests' hair on them, and the dishes couldn't be used. The pools were very old and the whole place was in terrible repair. For the same price, you can find much better apartments in Bibione. The staff were incredibly unfriendly, insulting even, and showed no willingness to help us. I've never experienced anything like it. Never again.

We had a spacious outdoor area with shaded spots, which made it comfortable to eat outside. The two-story apartment was nice enough for a week, but it needs a major renovation and some small improvements for a more comfortable stay. We were seven people. Upstairs were two large bedrooms and a bathroom with nowhere useful to put things; the bidet was almost impossible to use because the space was so cramped. Downstairs there was a sofa bed and a kitchen with no countertop, and, more seriously, no bathroom. A child needing to go would have to climb the open-riser spiral staircase every time. The complex itself is beautiful for a seaside resort.
