The location is right in the heart of Venice, which made exploring easy. What I appreciated most was how the staff supported me after my phone was stolen during the stay. They were empathetic and did everything they could to help me through a difficult situation. It's rare to find people who are so caring and helpful. Splendid will be my first choice when I return, and I recommend it for both the central location and the staff.

We were offered a junior suite with a private balcony over the canal, and accepting was one of the best choices of our trip. The room design was stunning, and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel is right in San Marco, so everything was close and easy to reach. One of the best places we've stayed. We'll be back soon.

Our room looked out onto a small canal where gondolas pass, with a little bridge in view. It was spacious enough, with a nice bed and pillows, and the breakfast was more than enough. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful. We really liked the hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to San Marco and close to the main sights, shops, and restaurants.

Our Deluxe Room was roomier than I expected and very comfortable. It had thoughtful touches you'd hope for at a top hotel, including turndown service, replenished complimentary water, and separate wardrobe space. Staff were extremely helpful arranging transfers both before our visit and while we were there. The location is ideal for exploring Venice, just a few minutes on foot from both San Marco and Rialto Bridge. I'd recommend it for a future stay.

The staff were courteous, professional, and pleasant, and took care of all my requests. We had a wonderful hospitality experience at this centrally located hotel. They made my mom's birthday unforgettable. Thank you.
