The room was clean and quiet, with good amenities and a really comfortable bed. I loved the place’s creative decor, and the location was excellent, with all the main sights within walking distance. Snacks, tea, and coffee were available in the kitchen all day, which was great. Communication with staff was easy from the moment we booked. They sent useful information, and WhatsApp worked well. Our flight got us in late, but they stayed longer to meet us and made check-in quick and easy after a long day of travel. They also shared lots of helpful tips about the city, bars, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, approachable, and excellent throughout. I travel regularly for work and often stay in five-star hotels, and this place came close to that level. The one thing we’d change is breakfast. We wished it had vegetables such as cucumber, peppers, tomato, and lettuce, along with fresh fruit like melon, grapes, avocado, banana, kiwi, and pineapple. We’d gladly come back and would absolutely recommend the place for its location and superb staff.

We had an easy reservation and check-in. There was an issue with our room, but Alessia and her coworker handled it quickly and professionally. Alessia was so kind, pleasant, and helpful. Once they sorted things out, we had a great night and breakfast at 051.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and I liked the location among all the restaurants. The room and breakfast were nice too. It’s a charming little hotel, and I’d be happy to return next time I’m in Bologna.

A cosy hotel with a lovely atmosphere, right by everything in the Old Town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There’s also a little corner where you can sit and make tea or coffee whenever you like during the day.

The only real bother was the people upstairs, who seemed to move furniture at 6:30am every morning. Reception were lovely and incredibly helpful. Grazie Mille. I can’t fault the place otherwise.
