The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Communication was good, and the location works well if you'd rather stay outside the city centre.

The grounds were peaceful and the garden was well looked after, and the room had tasteful decor. We appreciated the stay. Breakfast was quite limited for a B&B, with only packaged cake, crackers, and little juice boxes. We knew it was outside the city centre and were ready for the 15-minute walk into Bologna, so that was fine for us, though worth knowing if you need to be central. We never met Andrea, but he kept in touch, arranged a late check-in with clear instructions, and was available when we had questions.

The building must be around 100 years old, yet it looks almost new. The area was pleasant and quiet, and communication with Andrew was spot on. He waited for us, showed us around, and explained everything. Thanks for being so welcoming, Andrew.
