The location made getting around Rome easy. The subway is very close, and we used it to reach places like the Colosseum and Vatican. We also ate every day at the local restaurant right below us, with a 24-hour pizzeria downstairs too. Maria was a fantastic host, always there if we needed anything. Breakfast each morning was hot coffee and croissants, and the place was kept very clean. Our room suited my husband and me perfectly. We stayed a week, loved it, and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Being within walking distance of Termini Station was really handy, and I’d recommend the place. We had breakfast brought to our room, which was nice since we couldn’t find a bakery nearby. The staff were super nice, the room and private bathroom were very clean, and I slept like a baby in the great bed with its lovely pillows.

The host was wonderful and brought us delicious cappuccinos and croissants for breakfast. The guesthouse itself is cute, with cozy, quiet rooms and high ceilings. I’d come back if I’m in Rome again.

It’s a great little boutique B&B, with clean, comfortable rooms and a convenient spot near Manzoni Metro Station and Termini Train Station. There’s a market and several places to eat just outside, and tea and coffee are available any time. Breakfast in the morning can be customized. Stefano and Maria can also help arrange an airport shuttle and share useful suggestions for what to see, do, and eat. It’s a more personal stay, without the usual big hotel features like round-the-clock room service, valet parking, or a gym.

The room was spacious, nice, and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work. Staff kept saying it did, yet we had it set to 10 degrees and still couldn’t sleep because of the heat. A couple of the reception staff weren’t especially friendly, though they were okay. The area wasn’t very nice, and the main attractions felt a long way off, so we ended up taking e-scooters everywhere.
