My wife and I loved this hotel and its staff. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the team was more than accommodating. The breakfast was well worth the money. Thanks so much for doing such a great job.

I had breakfast included and liked the range of choices each morning. I just wish it started earlier, since most of my tours began before it opened. The front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, with lots of good suggestions, and they even carried my bag upstairs. The elevator in my building was tiny, as you’d expect in an old building, so I usually took the stairs. I bumped my head a few times on the very low doorway to my room. The room was fairly small, but that didn’t bother me as a solo traveler who didn’t spend much time there. This place is all about its location. My room was a block from the fountain, and the hotel has rooms in about 15 different buildings around the Trevi area. It’s hard to get more central, with most of the city center easy to explore on foot. The Vatican and Trastevere were each about 2-2.5 miles away, and I walked to both.

The staff let us check in early, which was a lovely surprise, and they were friendly and even offered us a choice of two rooms. We picked one that was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a city break: a good bed and pillows, effective AC, a nice shower, and a very cute balcony. The Trevi Fountain is just a stone’s throw away. We stayed May 2nd to 4th this weekend, and Hotel Trevi made our time in Rome so enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend it. Thanks again to the team! ❤️

The room was poorly cleaned, had only flat sheets instead of proper blankets, and got almost no natural light. It had a small ceiling window and an electric blind that didn’t work properly. We were traveling with our 9-month-old baby, and there were serious safety concerns: internal steps, exposed equipment beneath a heating fan blowing hot air toward the bed, and other hazards. The tiny lift also didn’t feel safe, and getting breakfast meant moving between floors in it. We expected a room in the main hotel, but the one we were given was in another building several minutes away. That wasn’t clearly disclosed when we booked. The accommodation was much smaller than what we paid for and didn’t match the photos or description. It fell short of reasonable expectations for comfort, safety, and an accurate description. We left after only a few hours and had to find somewhere else to stay, losing a full day of our trip. They still charged local taxes, and wouldn’t refund them after we left, even though we weren’t staying there anymore. The amount we’d be charged at reception hadn’t been made clear when booking. This was not what we booked or paid for, and families traveling with babies should be especially cautious.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and they let us into our room early after our long morning flight. The hotel sits on a quiet side street, just a minute from Trevi Fountain and close to all the places we wanted to see. Our double room was pretty small, but we weren't in Rome to spend time indoors. I'd recommend staying here.
