Alejandro was really helpful, gave us a city map, and suggested places to visit. The B&B is close to the metro and Vatican City. It was my first B&B stay and I enjoyed it. The room was clean, and there was hot fresh coffee every day, plus a small breakfast selection: croissants warmed in their oven, orange juice, yogurt, milk, and cereal. Toiletries weren’t replenished daily, and the towels were changed the day before we left. Since we stayed four nights, the three-day towel rule didn’t quite fit our stay, so bring your own shampoo.

The host was great, full of useful information and helped make our stay a good one. Getting around was easy, with the metro nearby and supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The room matched the pictures, and breakfast was basic but good. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The place looked attractive and well kept, and the rooms were spacious. Its location near the metro was excellent. But the cleanliness was disappointing once we looked closer: there was limescale on the shower and taps, and shower gel left in the showers had been used by other people. The breakfast room had dirty dishes when we arrived, along with dirty dishcloths and worn, filthy sponges for washing them. I won’t be coming back.
