The staff made us feel welcome and were genuinely helpful. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the heating was excellent. Everything was clean, including our private room, the bathroom, garden, and shared breakfast and reading rooms. It’s great value, and Bologna’s center is only a short trip away. I’d recommend it to anyone.

This is a lovely, welcoming place, and it’s clean with a wonderful smell throughout. The woman running it was so kind and helpful, and the price is very good. My one reservation is the shared bathroom, which has a frosted glass door. A curtain over the glass and a mirror in the room might help avoid waiting for the bathroom. I prefer more privacy, though guests who are comfortable sharing may find this a great stay.

I found this place by chance on Booking.com and it turned out to be a real treasure. Jacopo welcomed me into his home and made me feel completely at home too. He’s kind, thoughtful, helpful, and friendly, with a depth of culture that’s rare. Whenever work brings me back to Bologna, I book with him. I came across this charming B&B because it’s near the Celebrazioni Theater. It’s set in a beautifully renovated tavern, with well-kept rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast area is well stocked. The bathroom is small but comfortable and has everything needed. The hostess was very kind and helpful, and buses make it easy to reach.
