Fabrizio is a lovely, welcoming owner, and the B&B itself is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and had hot water, and breakfast was enough. He arranged a 2 am late check-in and checkout for us, along with an airport shuttle. The place is in a great spot in central Bologna. One of the best B&B stays I’ve ever had, and I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are fantastic. I stayed in both, and they were very clean with great design. The bed was really comfortable, and the towels were huge and fluffy. A very sweet lady brought breakfast with a big smile, which felt so welcoming. The owner was kind and cool, and it’s a great spot. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in bologna.

The room had enough space for our family of four, and the owner was friendly. It was also handy for the station, with a short walk to the historic centre. But there were homeless men sleeping outside the entrance, and inside, street noise went on all night, followed by noise from the hallway in the morning. The shower drained slowly and breakfast was a weak effort. I expected a better stay.

We had a really nice, spacious room with a large bathroom, and the owner was kind and ready to help with anything. The hotel is close to both the station and Bologna's city centre. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Fabrizio took good care of us in this charming old building. Our room was large, with high ceilings and a balcony, and the bathroom was roomy too. If you want to stay in central Bologna near the train station, this place should suit you well. Book directly with him and save the booking fee.
