The front desk welcome was awful. The lady there was aggressive, rude, and unprofessional when we raised the problem. We were first given a dirty room with stained sheets and visible hairs on the bed. They moved us, but the second room had a dirty pillow too, and the same thing happened in a third room after we asked again. The person responsible for cleaning was a visibly dirty handyman, which left us seriously worried about hygiene throughout the place. A terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
8/10
The staff were warm and attentive to both Italian and international guests. The hotel is in a strategic spot in Bologna, near Fico and the motorway, so it works well as a stop during a trip. The rooms, though, aren’t especially comfortable.

A handy hotel stop on a long journey, and the price feels fair for what you get.

Back when it was new, I imagine this place was great.
