The room was really nice, with a great view from the tower room, and the location was perfect. But the breakfast wasn’t good, with no options for special diets, and the people at the pasticceria were very rude and didn’t speak English. Since breakfast was included in the price, it felt like I’d paid a lot just for coffee and a croissant. Cleaning was mediocre too: the clean bathroom rug was full of hair. I had a very nice stay, but I wouldn’t pay that kind of money again.

The room was lovely, with amazing views, and the location was great. There are only four rooms, so the place feels more like a serviced apartment or AirBnb than a hotel. Most of the time there are no staff on duty, apart from the cleaners during the day. Finding the entrance was hard, and check-in was confusing: we faced a locked door and nobody answered the bell. Then, around 5am on checkout day, someone started ringing the front door and woke all the guests. The property needs clearer check-in instructions and better signs at the entrances.
