Getting checked in was very easy, and the team were friendly. The rooms were clean, and the location was really close to the attractions. I stayed here during my visit and had a very nice time.

We had a birthday meal at the restaurant. The menu was small, but the food was high quality, the wine was very well chosen, and the staff were lovely. It had a relaxed, pleasant feel, and I'd recommend eating there. The place itself was lovely, with nice decor and clean, well-lit rooms. There's a tea and coffee setup and a place to cook in the reception area, which was a nice touch. Bologna's center was about a 10 minute walk away, and the train station was easy to reach. Caterina was quick to reply and very helpful with the booking and our questions. Valerio was also very helpful at check-in and check-out.

In the middle of the night, the heating from the air conditioning stopped working, and we had to sleep in our jackets to keep warm. I really didn't like how the owner reacted. She didn't offer any compensation for our unpleasant stay, so I can't recommend the place.

The staff were super friendly and laid back, and the accommodations were great for a very fair price. I felt safe here, and it was convenient for everything I wanted to do in Bologna, Italy. I had a really great stay and would highly recommend the place if you're visiting this beautiful city.

Don't spend your money here. The host was rude and not trustworthy, and the internet didn't work. The space was really uncomfortable, with poor, uncomfortable furniture and cheap, scant bed linen. The kitchen was precarious.
