The breakfast spread was just right, and the coffee and tea station was available whenever we wanted. Our room was clean and spacious, and the staff were wonderfully welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The neighborhood was quiet and well placed for food, shopping, and sightseeing. It’s a walk to the train station, but manageable even with luggage. We had a great stay and would come back.
The room felt old and tacky, and finding the place was difficult because there was no sign outside. Getting in was worse: the entrance was locked, so I had to wait for someone to come out. They hadn’t sent the promised entry instructions in advance. When I called internationally, I couldn’t understand what they said, and they hung up. I had to get my Italian friend to call again to find out what was going on. The worst check-in I’ve ever had.
The shower is as advertised, quite small, but the water was hot and powerful. Caterina was a great host, and the room was lovely. We were also very well placed near The Two Towers. I’m looking forward to staying again when I’m back in Bologna.
The room was clean and fine for a short stay, and the host was friendly. The location near the two towers is wonderful. Our room faced a very noisy street, especially early in the morning, and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast was so-so, and there was an internet connection problem.
Just one night here, but it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast in the morning was very nice. The host was accommodating, too. It’s in a wonderful spot in the heart of Bologna, though it took us a little while to find it.
