The location is excellent, but the dirt was awful. Inside, the place was dirty and short on basic cookware: there were only two very large pots, and one was badly warped. I repeatedly told the owner about the lack of cleanliness, but nobody ever came to clean. The outdoor patio was a dump, and the snot is full of stale, smelly water. This property could be very good if the owners showed more respect for their guests.

The room door is just an ordinary bedroom door, not a reinforced one, so in another setting I wouldn't have felt very safe. We also found little in the way of guest service. The room was dusty, poorly ventilated, and unhygienic, and the duvet smelled as if it hadn't been washed apart from the sheets. There were no useful amenities: I couldn't shower because there was no hair dryer, and with my long hair the weather wasn't warm enough to dry it outside. They left a coffee machine but no pods. I don't recommend this place. Run away!

My boyfriend and I had planned to drive up for the Formula 1 race, but it was canceled because of the emergency in Emilia. With the highway in that state, the drive would have been extremely risky and dangerous. After taking my money, the owners didn't reply when I asked to keep the booking as credit for a future visit, or at least donate the amount to the Emilia relief fund. We couldn't make the trip, lost the money, and got no help, even though we expected some consideration given the warning and how serious the situation was. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

If nothing goes wrong, this place may be almost okay. But dealing with the owner over a problem was hell. I first booked on December 21, 2022, and after claiming there was an issue with the payment, the property asked me to cancel and book again. Both payments were then taken from my bank, and the first was never refunded. I asked the property several times to contact Booking.com and sort it out. They kept saying they'd handle it, but didn't. After a month and a half, I had to go to Booking.com myself and provide proof of both bookings and our chat messages to get the refund. Booking.com emailed the property, which never replied. The owners said twice they'd resolve it, then stopped answering my calls for two weeks. Keep my €125. I highly recommend this place.
