Saffi Glamorous Apartment by Wonderful Italy

The apartment looks fine, just like the photos, but the customer service is awful and they do whatever they want with guests. The advertised services don't match reality. The internet isn't decent, and although there's a kitchen, it doesn't even have pots. They have no shame about scamming people like this, then act entitled and try to collect money outside the Booking.com reservation.
