Breakfast was lovely, especially with a strong coffee, and we really enjoyed the paintings, antiques and marble floors. Tiziano and Sara put so much care into looking after guests. We stayed for three nights and couldn’t have enjoyed the visit more. Our room, with its antique headboard, was beautiful and comfortable, even with the cold weather outside. There are thoughtful extras too, like the option to reserve a spot with a jacuzzi and steam shower. Tiziano has made this a special Bed and Breakfast, and we’ll recommend it to friends and family. Bolsena is absolutely gorgeous. We hope to come back.

The host, Sara, was so friendly and welcoming. She’s also one of the best Italian bakers, and surprised us with local bakery treats at breakfast. We had such a lovely stay and would recommend it to everyone. The room is beautifully designed, with carefully chosen paintings and the most comfortable bed. We slept so well. We were close to the heart of Bolsena, with great restaurants just a few steps away and easy access to the lake.

Everything was just right, from the rooms and spa to the owners’ hospitality. We spent a night at this fully renovated property in central Bolsena, furnished with period pieces and details. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade desserts, served on silverware and in cups that suited the building’s style. Highly recommended!

My wife, Simona, and I spent a weekend at this B&B to get away from the usual routine. We had an in-room massage, and Elena was excellent. We also had an aperitif at the B&B and chatted with Tiziano, the host. He’s very polite and cheerful, which isn’t something you can take for granted. Breakfast was superb. Sara’s homemade desserts were delicious, according to my wife, while I had savory food with some very special cured meats and cheeses. The spa is a lovely finishing touch, perfect for a chance to fully recharge. We stayed one night in the Corallo room, and the whole experience was impeccable. Tiziano and Sara are welcoming, attentive and always available. You can tell how much care and love they put into running the place. The bright, welcoming Corallo room is meticulously kept and has a relaxing feel. The location makes it easy to enjoy Bolsena quietly, surrounded by nature yet just steps from the town center. It’s a place with beauty and history, warmth and authenticity, and a sense of being both historic and timeless. Breakfast is served with quality local products and Sara’s homemade desserts, which were truly delicious. Thank you, Tiziano and Sara! We’ll definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating, quality stay.
