The service was spot on, and the spa was varied and pleasant. The rooms are lovely and thoughtfully equipped, and breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. This place has clearly had a lot invested in it. I'll definitely return on my next vacation.

Our Chairman had booked four nights at Chalet Grumer Suites & Spa but left after just one. The property is well kept, and the owners are a warm, welcoming couple, but the location is extremely remote. The surrounding slopes are steep and can be hazardous to walk, with no nearby services or restaurants. Apart from breakfast there are no dining options on site, and there is no shuttle or concierge-style help. That makes it feel more like a self-catering lodge than a hotel and spa. The name may set expectations too high, and I think it would be better described as lodging with wellness facilities. Once he realized the location wouldn't work for the rest of his stay, he politely asked for a partial refund for the remaining three nights. The owners declined, which was disappointing given their otherwise lovely manner. It may suit someone seeking complete seclusion and who doesn't mind being far from everything. For most travelers wanting a full hotel experience, flexibility, and nearby activities or services, I'd be cautious.

Alexandra made sure we had everything we needed for our 8 month old during this family holiday, and was a wonderful host. We stayed in the superior suite, where the views were breathtaking. The place is tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. One of the best stays I've had. The drive up from Bolzano takes a while, but the hospitality and surroundings are worth it. Soprabolzano is just a few minutes away and has lots of restaurants and activities. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy the views, the area, and the hospitality. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

The garden rooms were spacious and wonderful, with spectacular views. With only a small number of rooms, the stay feels that much more special. Alexandra was such a welcoming, helpful host. Can't wait to return!

We loved having lunch on our private terrace, with delicious food and a great view. Breakfast was another highlight, so tasty and with everything you could want. The spa is lovely too, with a big swimming pool, different saunas, and whirlpools. Tucked into beautiful nature with fantastic views of the Dolomites, this is a wonderful chalet for relaxing, while still close to Bolzano and the attractions on the Ritten. We'll be happy to come back!
