Fewo Südtirol - Apartments

I've stayed at this property several times over the past three months for work, and the service problems haven't gone away. At first I thought the issues were coincidences: shower trays with drain residue and a TV with only three unnamed channels available, among other things. Over time, organizational problems have come up too. Most recently, I had to find a room at the last minute. I had told the owner on December 19, 2026, that I'd be leaving this week on the 31st, but the original reservation for January 30th was never changed. For goodness' sake, don't stay here again!

The apartment is right in central Bolzano, about a five-minute walk from the train station. It's easy to get what you need nearby, with a tasty ice cream shop, fruit stand, market, eateries, supermarket, bookshop, and newsstand downstairs. The windows block outside noise well, so it's peaceful inside despite being in the busy center, and you can look out at the street. We stayed in late May and happened to see a local festival in the morning, with a parade and music. Waking up to it on the weekend was a cheerful surprise.

We had everything we could need in the first-floor apartment, the heating was ample, and it all worked properly. The place is in the center with all sorts of conveniences close by. Claudia and her staff were very friendly. We had no complaints and would highly recommend it. Mrs. Mazzone Monia.

There was no privacy, and the apartment smelled bad. We had booked a place for two couples but got a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen and a sofa bed that took up a lot of room. There's no elevator.
