Casa Vacanze Magnolia

We were two families with children, seven of us altogether, staying here during New Year's Eve week. The house had plenty of comfortable space, and the bedroom windows and balconies had lovely views. The location and convenience were top-notch, which makes the cleanliness problems all the more disappointing. There were cobwebs everywhere, including under the sofas. I found one while reaching for a toy car a child had accidentally left behind. The bathroom and kitchen seemed clean, but the only small saucepan was badly caked on, and I had to wash it twice before using it. I was truly disappointed, and my family won't be coming back.

We had a great weekend here with four friends. It was in a perfect location, and the property was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There's a barbecue, and pets are welcome. The owner was kind and helpful. We'll definitely return, highly recommend!

The apartment and garden are both very spacious and clean, and the value for money is very good. The furnishings and decor are nice and fairly new, with just a few signs of wear. The only downside was a stale smoke smell.

I spent a few days at the property and would gladly come back again and again. I felt at home, and the people I recommended it to also had a great impression. It's peaceful, clean and welcoming, just a few kilometers from Arona. See you again! 🥰
