The location was excellent, but the bathroom amenities really took away from the stay. There was only hand soap in the room, with no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The front desk couldn’t provide any of those basics even when asked. For a 5-star hotel, I’d expect them to be available. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel!

The location right in the center made it easy to explore town, and from my balcony on the fourth floor I had an incredible view and a lovely spot to relax. Staff were attentive, helpful, and very professional throughout my stay. I loved how the hotel brings history into the present. They’ve kept the original furniture and the building’s character while making the comfort level exceptional. A truly amazing experience, highly recommended for anyone who wants heritage, comfort, and great service.

We had a great stay in Brescia. The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel is close to lots of interesting places and things to do. We enjoyed being there and hope to return!

The rooms at Hotel Vittoria felt roomy, with lovely high ceilings, and the staff looked after us really well. We were there with our children and enjoyed the place's elegant, old-fashioned charm. There was a slight stale smell in the room that could use freshening up, but we still had a delightful stay.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and getting onto the ring road is easy. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast was basic but fine. Parking worked out well at nearby Piazza della Vittoria once we figured out where the entrance was, though the turns are a bit tight.
