10/10
The rooms were huge, very clean and elegant, and the location near the train terminal was great. For the price, it was the best hotel, and I’d definitely stay again on my next trip. We’d reserved this hotel but were put in a different one in the same building. I’m not quite sure how that arrangement worked, though the stay was still amazing. Thank you!

We were a couple exploring Rome and also used the hotel as a base for a day trip to Naples and Pompeii. The location near Roma Termini was excellent, and staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The room was large and clean, with windows we could open onto an alley for fresh air, and air conditioning available if we wanted it. There’s an elevator, and entry to the hotel is by code. They kept our bags before check-in for 5 Euro per bag. Wi-Fi worked fine. Recommend.

Everything went smoothly, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and had all the basics we needed. Breakfast didn’t offer much choice, but what was there tasted good. My only disappointment was the weak shower pressure. I was happy with the stay otherwise.

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean. The shower pressure in our room was weak, though.

We got in at 1:30 pm and went out to explore while waiting for our room. They kindly stored our luggage for free, which we really appreciated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and gave us directions whenever we needed them. The location is unbeatable, right by the train station, with a supermarket a block away that has everything. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We skipped breakfast since we were only there for one night, but had a delicious dinner at the fantastic restaurant next door. There were lots of people strolling and eating nearby, and we had no problems walking around at night. 10/10, we’ll definitely stay again! Grazie Mille!
