The location is handy for the center and nearby attractions. Even though it’s in a fairly busy part of the city, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is elegant and very nice, with everything new and modern. It was very clean, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional, just as you’d expect at a high-end hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff were wonderful, kind, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The rooms are great, although small, so there’s room for improvement there. Getting around as a tourist was difficult, though: it’s about a 20-30 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go, and the place feels like it’s away from everything.

We enjoyed staying here for two days in the Eternal City. The center isn’t far if you take public transport. Get the Metro, it’s quicker than anything else.

The only real downside was the weak soundproofing. We could hear quite a bit from both the corridor and the street. Otherwise, everything was great: clean, nice rooms, good service, a very nice bar, and a small but functional gym.

The staff were very rude and gave us the worst hotel service we’ve experienced. They didn’t seem client oriented at all. When we complained that the room hadn’t been cleaned and raised concerns about the staff’s behavior, they went behind our backs and cancelled our Booking.com reservation, claiming we were the ones who had misbehaved. Absolutely catastrophic. Run away from this scam.
