This was my worst experience renting apartments. Before we arrived, the manager wanted us to pay the city tax before we had even reached Rome. After I intervened, he agreed that I could pay when I arrived at the airport. The tax was also higher than at a 5-star hotel, 7 euros instead of 5 euros. When we got there, there were no sheets or towels on the beds, so we had to contact them again and wait for them instead of going out. We were three families, but two were in one building and the third was in a separate building outside. If we'd known that beforehand, we would have canceled this booking and chosen somewhere else. I absolutely don't recommend this place because communication with reception was poor and what we booked didn't match what we found. Translate into English.

The apartment itself was excellent, and being able to get in independently was a real help. The coffees helped too. The room felt welcoming and clean, a 10 for cleanliness. But the service brought my rating down to 3 stars. I repeatedly sent requests by chat and tried calling the host, but only got an automatic reply saying something like, "we're closed, sorry." There's no luggage storage, so tourists should be aware. One more thing: we're a group of security engineers, and sharing the same entry codes for the apartments didn't seem like a good idea to us. A quick, easy change would help. It was a lovely experience for 5 people staying together, but I wish the service had been different. Like eating amatriciana with the sauce but no bacon. #stayfuture #innovation

The neighborhood was quiet, with restaurants and bars nearby. The metro stop is 1 km away. The guesthouse was good, and the apartment room was nice, clean, and tidy, just like the building. Recommended accommodation.
