For our family of five, Relais Pinciana was just right. The rooms were modern and spotless, and the staff were helpful. It was quiet at night and away from the hectic crowds, while still an easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Our return flight was canceled, leaving us in Rome for a few extra days, and Relais Pinciana turned out to be an easy, practical, very comfortable place to stay near the American Embassy. Marco, the owner, was quick to reply and communicative through all our many requests. The room was exactly right for us: luxurious, with a comfortable bed, a beautiful functional bathroom, and just about every convenience we could think of. There was water and soda, with the first ones free, an espresso machine, a tea kettle, and even an umbrella in the closet. One note: there are stairs and two elevators, so it may be difficult for elderly guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

Great location and a very nice room. Some soft classical music throughout the hallway would be a lovely touch and would make it feel like a real Relais Pinciana. Hat off.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our room had two queen beds. It was modern and well equipped, with great service too. The location worked well, with a subway station nearby for getting to the main attractions and good restaurants all around. I'd definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Relais Pinciana. It's centrally located above the Spanish Steps, and the building is new and spotless. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. We'll definitely come back.
