We could drop our bags off before check-in, which was a big help after arriving, and both check-in and check-out were easy. The staff were lovely and quick to answer. We had a small plumbing issue, but they fixed it promptly. The rooms were clean and cosy, and the location worked really well, near the monuments but far enough from the crowds. There are good restaurants nearby too. We were only in Rome for two nights, and had a great time with Capitoium. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The team made everything easy from the start, setting up a group chat before we arrived and helping with smooth communication and check-in. I really appreciated being allowed to check in early after our long flight. They were kind and helpful, including when I accidentally locked the locker and couldn't get it open. The room was clean and comfortable, with an iron plus free croissants, coffee, and snacks. It's also well located near Rome Termini Station, and the Colosseum is just three metro stops away, which made sightseeing simple. I had a great stay and would definitely come back to Rome and stay here again. 🌟

There were 11 of us, and the rooms were a good size for our group. We arrived very early, but the staff were accommodating and let us leave our 24 bags there. They also hurried to have the rooms ready by 1330. The dining area and kitchen had plenty of space for us, and we could use a printer to make luggage tags for our upcoming cruise. For what we got, the price was very affordable. A must stay.

Finding this place at the last minute worked out better than expected. After a chaotic national train stoppage trip from Pompeii to Rome, the room felt like a refuge. It's near Roma Termini, with Roman attractions and useful amenities close by. The room was clean and spacious, which was enough for us, though you shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel. Remote access worked smoothly, but the repeated process can get a bit old. The one downside was people coming in loudly at 1 AM. We'd definitely return.

They set up a WhatsApp group so it was easier to keep in touch, and their communication was fast and welcoming. The rooms were clean too, which made our stay comfortable. Thanks for that, I'd highly recommend them.
